At SajjadCollections it’s our constant endeavour to provide you with the best customer service possible each time you shop with us, if at all you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the order for a full refund of the paid price. We only accept returns for products purchased directly from SajjadCollections.in website. Any return request for products purchased from our indirect online and offline distributors will be declined by us.
At SajjadCollections we have 10 days Refund policy, it gives you an option to return items purchased from SajjadCollections.in for any reason within 10 days of receipt of the item.
Exchange – We do not have any exchange policy
Note: Only SajjadCollections Art Products have easy 7 days exchange. The items are only exchangeable for the same or a different size, if available, and cannot be returned.
GUIDELINES FOR A VALID RETURN:
- All product tags intact and in their original packaging
- Product must be unused
- Products must be in an unwashed and in undamaged condition
Please Note: For all claims related to receiving missing items or wrong product, we advise you to share a video evidence of unboxing and raise the issue within the 24 working hours from the date of delivery. We may not be able to entertain claims of missing product being received without a video proof of unboxing.
We will send you a confirmation email as soon as we receive the shipment at our warehouse and it passes our quality check.
Returns are done free of cost if wrong products (incorrect style), wrong sizes (size other than that ordered) or damaged products are received by the customer. After receiving the returned product, we will do a quality check of the product at our end. If the picked-up product does not pass the quality check, we will ship it back to you.
Note: Incase order has been processed through different warehouses and if return is required to be raised, it should be return with respect to same package.
REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
Once a return request has been placed with Customer Service, it usually takes 2 business days to have the product picked from your place and another 1 working day to initiate refund. Post refund initiation, it takes 5-7 working days to reflect in customer’s account. The receipt of the refund would depend on the mode of payment chosen by you.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
NOTE: Order is not accepted if the packaging is torn or in bad state

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

SALE ITEMS (IF APPLICABLE)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
NOTE:
1) We will not be responsible if wrong product is handover by you to the delivery person at the time of pickup.
2) The customer needs to self-ship the goods from their side and
3)You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
4) Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
5)If you are shipping an item over INR100, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item
6) If the order is lost or un-delivered to your preferred location, we will refund the complete order amount including any shipping charges, if paid online.
7) If you return an order delivered to you, shipping/cod charge if applicable will not be refunded.
8) If you need to cancel your order, please send us an email at sajjadcollections.in in within 6 hours of placing the order from between 10 AM- 6 PM. some of the orders are shipped almost immediately and it may not always be possible to cancel.
Any amount paid will be credited into the same payment mode using which the payment was made.
9) For Debit Card and Credit Card transfers the time taken for refund depends majorly on the bank. Banks will send an SMS to customers for credit amount of more than INR. 5000 only. In case your refund is less than INR. 5000, please check your bank account or credit card statement for confirmation. In case of refunds, we will only refund the product price. Delivery and handling charges will not be refunded.
